My friend;s case was approved last month, he is currently overseas on AP with his company's assignment and won't be back till Feb 2005. Will he have any problems on re-entry or stamping. He is currently working outside his home country.
No, there is no deadline. He/she will be fine as long he/she can provide a good explanation for staying abroad so long if POE officer asks any question regarding this issue.
