Upon review for naturalization, the consulate I assume scans the person top to bottom, inside-out.
Say that this person received a victims notice for harassment, and that same paper copy was scanned into the computer database.
On the paper, the specifics wrote that the harasser nor his/her lawyer will be able to obtain the notice from the database.
Will the USCIS be able to, though? If so, something like that (even running a red light) will postpone green card waiting time by (amount of non-interest) years.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
