BCIS picks up a series and breaks into 'groups' for allocation
and with in that 'group' individual officer orders them by Last Name ...

Long waiting NOV/Dec applicants, does your name starts in down order like "S", "T" ..?

I don't think so that process is related to last Name
I had friend who had RD in Nov and his last name was starting with 'S' and he got his approval on 4th April.

Only Thing I hope and Pray that all those Nov and Dec Filers get there GC Approval as qucik as possible
I know its frustrating to wait.
