is the RFE case being transferred as well?

Does anyone know if VSC transfer the RFE cases as well to either TSC or NSC?

If RFE is send
they have address on RFE envelope
My colleauge had send his RFE response to that address
customer service told him that center will take care of such cases and will transfer it in the grace period

My case is NIW. I have sent more letters for their RFE in April to VSC. Since then, I haven't heard anything from the VSC yet. I was wondering if they would transfer this kind of cases as well, since they mostly reviewed case even before they sent a RFE to me.

You know if you have passed 60 days of submission of RFE
call customer service and enquired about its where abouts
if they have transfered then they sh dhave informed you by niw!!
