The VSC processing time for EB1-B, outstanding researcher is on Jan. 15, 2005, is this reliable? My petition was submitted on Last Nov. (RD: 11/15/2004) but I get nothing updated. Anyone in this catergory who submitted your petition at the end of last year got approved recently? THanks!
