Yes, only through traditonal mail can you be informed. Everything else are fake or fraud, especially the ones that are sent through e-mail.

I am new to this forum, i don't even know if i am sending thru d right thread.I need help! my cn is current for september but i sent a mail to kcc and there has been no reply for over a week to know if an interview date has been set and when.pls help what do i do? as i see on this forum that september is the dead line or can anyone pls explain better.

Call KCC, they're preety good with giving back through the phone but not thorugh e-mail.

I dunno where you got that from, but I have called KCC several times and they have always answered my question, just go ahead and call this monday, make sure you have your CN number with you when you call.

I know what you mean. They do wrote that in the NL but it doesn't mean you can't call them. I called KCC twice and my DV has not even started yet. They are very helpful in giving the answer. I found the operators in the DV phone lines to be very nice. They will ask for your case number, date of birth, and name to confirm with their record, then you can ask anything you need.
