Is the law equal for everyone or not?

I read that the cases of married people, they ( USCIS guys) are more concerned about the authenticity of the marriage and they may not do a deep security check on you since you are married and based on your orgin country. Is it true? Any advice is welcome!

Of course the law is the same for everybody.

Certainly it is. I was just wondering why it would be different. My question was based on the post I read on this forum.

I don't know where you read this stuff, but they always do name checks.
