Is the law equal for everyone or not?

I read that the cases of married people, they ( USCIS guys) are more concerned about the authenticity of the marriage and they may not do a deep security check on you since you are married and based on your orgin country. Is it true? Any advice is welcome!

Certainly it is. I was just wondering why it would be different. My question was based on the post I read on this forum.
