Is the language of the 140 petition for backlog appropriate?I am sorry to bring this at this point but in light of recently published 140 dates ,I think
there are some lacunas in this petition.
1.The petition does not mention anywhere about the 140 backlog for concurrent applications clearly.NSC is going to just come back and say that they are working on reducing the backlog and they are actually pleased
to inform that 140 dates have moved by a couple of months.
2.They will also just assume that this application is for 140 'S (WHICH PRESENTLY FOR THEM IS ONLY NON-CONCURRENT 140)and say that 140 adjudication is going at a steady pace.
3.Shouldn't this petition also say that they provide a way to track concurrent 140 applications ?
Just some thoughts.....Please give your feedback....This petition might actually be our last hope ......
