Is the Hand Delivery of Faxed P3 accepted in Delhi

Friends, I\'m planning to fax my P3 to my friend in Delhi and then get it hand delivered to US consulate..it gives me a fighting chance to get Feb interview...
I\'d appreciate if any of u guys can confirm whether the US consulate accepts the faxed forms, hand delivered to them.
Secondly, my P3 has not yet been sent to US consulate from NVC, can I get the AC140 and get that faxed and hand delivered...

Don\'t you think that you are rushing.

You should at least wait for NVC notice. However I don\'t know about your case

but whats the falll back..anyway my attorney will send the P3 after they get P3 from NVC...secondly I\'m assuming that NVC will send P3 to US consulate in Delhi on Dec 17 or Dec 18 as my P3 is created at NVC on Dec 10...
