Hello everyone,

i lost my job 5 months ago and i didn't find any job.my GC sponsor company is not paying me any thing.

i got a job from a small consulting company (size 5 to 9 consultants) with the same salary as it mentioned in the labor.

if i moved to this new company using AC21, is there any problem if INS issues RFE?

is any one have this kind of issue.

i renewed my EAD recently.

please advise....

Many women would have you believe that the answer is "No" but we all know what the truth is ;)

... on a more serious note, I don't know if size matters but I do know the following criteria are important:

1) If challenged the company should be able to provide evidence to show that they have the funds/revenue to pay the salary in your LC.
2) You are not the majority owner of the company

these are the two criteria that I heard around the boards. I don't know if there are others or if these are totally accurate.
