Hi,
If president Mr. Bush leave's office, is that mean that attorney General will leave with him?
I heard many lawyer's talking how hi (AG).. created many unnecessary back logs, and some deference's that many can't understand, hi is first that changed many laws in US constitution?? next (AG) could take easy on us (American wona be's)or could be much worst?
God bless America

When a new president enters office, he will select his own cabinet members. So yes the AG will change if Kerry is elected.
Even if Bush wins, there could be a high turnover at the top, at least based on history. Senior American officials do not tend to serve long. This administration is already remarkably stable.

However, my personal view is that much of the current restrictions stem from 9/11, not personality. So a democratic adminstration would not alter too much the situation.
