Is that true the I485 Processing Date Moved to Dec-2000

Guys,

Yest'day, my wife called TSC IIO, looks IIO said they are processing now Dec-2000, meaning it moved one month ahead. My case is not assigned to officer.

But there is no official release from TSC. I haven't seen any new processing times for TSC in either shusterman.com or murthy.com

I hope it will move at least 1 month.

As expected (move one month)

On 20th May 2003 TSC was processing Nov 2000 and 21st they moved to December 2000. That's a great improvement .
If they move their dates everyday probably we all will get our approval in another 30 days. That's is really great! .

First, where is this new date posted.
Second the dates have moved one month in the past 7 months. If this trend were to continue then we are in for a long wait.

On the other hand if TSC has really started moving things then it is good news. Will have to wait and see.

Now they are getting ready for long weekend.

Yes and the next week is their recuperation time back from the long weekend so nothing happens.

I just talked to an IIO.She seemed in a little hurry????.I got the message they are currently on Nov 2000 case

I too was just told they are still on Nov 2000.
The IIO I spoke didn't seem to be in hurry but , the call was no good as she told me to wait for 6 months and then call if I have not rec'd Fp notice by then.

Same old story

Great!. After thinking.... 20 days TSC decided to publish the I-485 processing time. ie. Cut and paste old processing time. I guess they are interested in issuing EAD's and not approving I-485.

Here is a wish.

Looking at these dates looks like the adjudicators have reduced EAD backlog of 3-4 months in the past three and half weeks. Say they spend two more weeks to make EAD current and then turn to process 485 we should see more 485 approvals starting in the next week to two weeks.

Now that is wishful thinking. Hope TSC comes through and not offer more excuses like now we are concentrating on AP etc.

Is TSC processing processing 04/11/03 I-765's

My 3rd EAD ND: 04/07/03 and not yet approved.
New processing time says that they are processing 04/11/03.
May be a typo for I-765 column.

At 4pm i spoke with an IIO. She is saying they are working on Nov 1st, 2000. All i can do is just wait my turn.
She said that our FP results have expired.
FP: 3/20/2002 and 4/2/2002 for my spouse.

I think all IIO have been instructed to read dates from the Publised Processing Times !! --> So ALL will give consistent ANSWERS. !!!!!!!!!!!!

We all know that 485 cases from 2002 are being approved.

TSC is Liying and we can not do anything about it !!!!!!!!!!1
