no news since Oct , 02, 1st FP.
be told new 140/485 concur_filed later Apr this year will be processed in 90days, is that true?
could we file another I140/485 (my husband will then be the primary), while the old is pending?
 
yes it is very much true and it is happening already
which year are you wac02series or wac03 series
 
I defer. There is a memo that states the applications that filed after April 30 are treated in true concurrent way. But there is no where it is mentioned that these applications will be processed in 90 days.

There is a pilot program that CSC is planning to start/ already started which will process some I-485 applications in 90 days.

They are not same.

Except for CSC Pilot program there is no clause which gives a timeline.

It goes on to say that unless 485 is ready for adjudication 140 will not be approved. That means Screw AC21
 
my case is WAC02280 series.
really worried that the wac02 cases are going to /or already being ignored.
is it ok to have 2 485 filed for one family ? what is the possible risk?

I'm not sure if you can file two I-485. I've seen members saying yes and no.

But if I were you, I will go for Consular processig for the second GC.
