Is that true once I submit the H1 application I can stay at work?
My H-1 will expire at Feb. next year. So I should file extension. Can I stay at job as long as I have submit the applicaiton for extension? But I do have to get the labor condition first right?
Do you know which firm I should use and how long it will take?
I am from Chicago.
