Today I spoke to one of the National Customer Service rep and required the status of my I765 (EAD – 3rd renewal) application which is been pending since July15, 2003.

Weird thing that she said your application has been filed in Vermont and saying that receipt number starting with SCR indicates that you have filed in Vermont. For the cases who filed in Texas will have WSC starting text. I explained that all my previous EADs were issued by Texas and they all had a receipt numbers starting with SRC and gave many other reasons as well. But she still said your application is in Vermont. I don’t quite understand why she said that. Is that possible? I appreciate your reply.

anybody who is pending more than two years should be automatically approved unless they have an fbi case. like they do for illegals amnesty kind of deal
