Is that pilot program in 140/485 stage only for EB2 category ??

Hello,
Does anybody know that pilot program in 140/485 stage is Nebraska service center ???

Does it only for EB2 category ??? If it is for EB2 category, can I take risk of applying for 140/485 together in EB3 category. B'cos I am not married yet, Don't want to fall under pilot program.

never heard of this -- only one I know is pilot at CSC to approve 140/485 in 90 days and that applies only to EB2. Never heard of anything at NSC (or any other center).

Don't get confused or confuse others. There is NO pilot program in NSC or VSC or TSC. Only CSC has a piot program to approve I-140 and I-485 in 90 days, and as someone said, it is only for EB2 category.
 
Ohata Memo in Action

A collegue of mine (who had filed concurrent at VSC last year) got his 140 approved last week on Monday and has his 485 approved on this wednesday.
I think Ohata memo is showing signs. No idea when it shows effects at NSC. But still its a good news I suppose.
