Is that OK to work on hourly basis

Hi Guys,
My R.D for I-485 is 19th Feb 2002, got laid off on 4th Sep 2002, joined another company as a
contracter on hourly baisis(Full time ie 40 hours per week). Will this effect in case of RFE for employement.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

As far as I know, it shouldn't affect your 485 even in case of an RFE. But consult a lawyer.

so don't worry and join in hourly basis
