I read this Forums and find a lot of people has finger print or LUD for I-485 within a short time after I-485 is ND. That is not my case

I-485/I-140/EAD ND June 29, 2005
I-140/EAD are approved around Sept

But there is nothing related to I-485, no finger pint, no LUD. Is that normal?

thanks

nato,

I-140 has nothing to do with fingerprints. My I-140 was approved before I did my fingerprints. The two are simply not related.

Not true always. My 485 RD is Jan 2005. I had called them in August and got first FP appointment in end of October. I will suggest to call.

HI :

My lawyer sumbitted I-485 at June, 2005 and received the received document at June 29,2005. After that, no new, no LUD. no FP..nothing

IND77, you mention you make a call. May I have detail? Who I suppose to call? What to ask for? Should I talk to my lawyer first?

thanks

I had called National Customer Service number (800) 375 – 5283 using following options to talk to customer service person of the service center (not the National Customer Service person). I told her to check why I have not received FP notice where as others filed after me got FP notice. She told me that she will get our files to verify and will send me a letter about status in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks whe I called, another person told me that FP notice has been sent.
Call (800) 375 – 5283
