Is that I-134 is a must from the sponsor?

Hi All,

I'm having my DV lottery interview on next month and confusing about the documents from the sponsor. Is it a must to have I-134 from the sponsor or just a ltter with tax return is fine?

you can use your bank statements and proof of your assets (title deed of property...) but if someone want to be your sponsor, then they have to fill in form I-134 for you and support the sponsorship by providing at least 2 years tax returns.
