Is that approval or FP?

I just got the email from USCIS. it says:

On April 5, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I have my FP done in Feb. 2005 and responsed RFE(EVL) last week. Got the same msg for my FP notice. Do they send me FP notice again? Thanks.

My wife got an RFE on her 485 last week and they sent her another FP notice along with the RFE. She just completed her first FP last month. Not sure why they sent her another one. In her case the first notice was with code 1 (FP only) the second FP notice mentioned Biometrics (FP+Signature+Dig. Photo). The code 3 notices are relatviely new and maybe TSC is sending them along with RFEs these days. Who knows?

Thanks, PrinceofJungle. I so hope that you are right. My RFE is about EVL. TSC sent me three FP notices in Feb. 2005 and RFE at the end of March 2005. I believe my lawyer responsed the RFE sometime last week. Please TSC, don't send me another FP notice.
 
I really hope POJ is right in this. I received the exact same e-mail from USCIS today "On April 5, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued." I received the FP last week or so scheduled for 10th May (code 3). Never did FP before this was my first FP notice. I am just confused with the status change e-mail ??

Same case here, I got RFE For EVL And responded and was received by TSC on 3/9/05. The LUD shows 3/11. Will call them after 1 month.
 
I too got 2nd FP in Jan 05.

I too got 2nf FP in Jan 05 and followd by FRE for EVL. Received reply to RFE by uscis on 3/9 and then, nothing....Waiting !
