- in the family category numbers? or
- not included in any category (extra green card over what congress allows)
and I like to keep pointing out the ridiculous per country quota of 7%. So every country, including india, china and philip, gets only 9800 green cards/year, the same as Guatemala or Tonga and Tobago.
