My atterny told me that they have received serveral approvals which filed 7 months ago. I also saw a couple of approval which file in 2001. I am still waiting with RD 10-2-2001 and 11-1-2001. I am not sure if this is normal or not. I am wondering if NSC approves the case based on first-come and first-server for I485. I am wondering how many out there with Oct,2001RD and still not got approved.
When I call the INS , the AVM say it just need to take 330-360 to get approved, does this mean that I can call INS to question my case.
