Is she my Fiancee?

Guys,
I have a technical question.

I am getting married to a girl I have known for several years, in India next month. She is a USC.

We never had engagement ceremony, as my family is not here in US, so we simply decided to get married in India.

Now, I am going for H1B visa stamping in India and I have to fill DS 156 form. In that form there is a field, where I have to fill the following question

"Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal
Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?"
One of the option is "Fiance/Fiancee"

So should I say Yes or No.

Please help me out

Yes, it will help you. H1 is not required to have non-immigrant intent so you need not hide this. (You should not hide anything anyway and here there is no risk)
