Is second FP a RFE

Is second FP a RFE , if not will we still hold on to our original PD .

your RD is 2002 or 2003. Everybody is making mistake of the year, I just want to make sure it's right.

Also would a RFE info be updated on line ?

RFE will be updated online and sent to your lawyer only,
second FP will not be updated online. second FP received
will be updated online. If you get RFE, then second FP received
will not be updated online.

Mine is a perfect example. BCIS issued a RFE on July 02nd. My online status changed. On July 7 th they send 2nd FP. My on line status still talking about RFE notice.
