is RTD timeline on CIS for real

RTD timeline for asylees on cis.gov nebraska is october 31. is this for real? do they issue RTD now within one month or so? thanks

A friend of mine with RTD- Aug 19,2005 still waiting while uscis updated RTD processing as Oct 1,2005.Usics remains most of tough business to deal with.
 
well, i had to wait only 3 weeks from the date i mail application , looks like they issue rdt very fast right now , but im talking about myself ,some older nd for rtd still pending...
