Is RFE received only by Lawyer?

Mine was only received by my lawyer.

He sent me a copy of it when he responded.

Lawer only .. if he represents your case.

Lawer only recieves the RFE if a lawer represents your case.

Lawyer only you don't get a copy at all. Unless your lawyer sends it out ot you.

my case it went to my previous company lawyer, infact they mailed it to me. I guess they are obligated to send it to you.

I received the RFE

Yesteday the RFE was sent by INS directly to me. My lawyer told me that if the company has their own lawyer ( lawyer works for the company) then the RFE will be directly sent to the candidate. If the company goes through the external lawyer then the RFE will be sent to lawyer.
In my case, since the company had their own lawyer who works for them, the RFE was sent directly to me.
