Is RFE onetime thing !!

I got an RFE for Medical. According to my lawyer, Doctor has not signed properly. I yet to get the details from my lawyer.
Do you think INS Would have returned original medical documents and asked me to get sign on same thing.

I belive, I can get an answer easily from this board rather than contacting my lawyer. He rarely gives me any information.

Also, Is RFE onetime only issue ? Or people do keep getting RFEs over and over again ?

Not really sure about the first part of your question, may someone who has had a Medical RFE can answer that.

To answer the second Part of your question, RFE is not Necessarily a one time Issue, There Have been cases with more than 1 RFE, I was one such Unlucky Guy, Had 2 RFE's for LC and also 2 RFE's for I 140, and 1 NOID for I 485.

But dont worry, I am sure your luck is much better than mine.

You are right. I just talked to my lawyer. They returned the original. My lawyer says it is a silly rfe. They want doctor signature in original ( ??? ).
 
I spouse got RFE 3 times for photo

My spouse got RFE three times for photo. Atlast, her AP was approved.

Aug 27 2000 Applied for I 140, had 2 RFE's,

First asking My Bank statements for last 6 months,

Second was regarding Companies Tax Returns.

I 140 Approved on Apr 16 2001.
