Is RFE a must?

Gotta dumb question but hopefully someone will have time to answer...

Does everyone have RFE or is it select people? Once you get it, does that mean you are closer to seeing the light at the end of the tunnel - or does this mean you're just another rat in the tunnel who is not able to please BCIS and they are looking for more (whatever)?

I believe RFE is a must for NSC filers. If you get RFE, it means you are possibly close (who knows); if you haven't got RFE, it means you are still far far away because you need to get RFE first before you can be possibly close.

To answer your question - it has been a mandatory pattern in the last two years and especially NSC loves this. You may have noticed rfes are pretty random and with or without reason. seems like sometime they just move files around from one corner to another and in the process they generate rfes just for the heck of it to put into another line.

Your Secont Ans is Currect "you're just another rat in the tunnel" only 5% to 10% people are rec Approvals after RFE Reply lot of people are strucked @ After Rfe Reply.
