Is Restamping required?

Hi,

This is my first posting in this site. I greatly hope that knowldgelable people out here will help me. This is my case:

I came to USA last year on H4 visa(multiple entry), getting the visa stamped from Chennai consulate. Then my husband was working in compnay A. Now he is working in company B, therefore even my visa has changed (though it remains H4 even now). Now if i visist India, do I have to go to consulate and get it restamped? or is there any other procedure, like getting it stamped in US itself, without going to consulate?
 
@@@ Ok first thing is you dont need a visa
Second thing your old Company A visa is enought to come and go to usa.
Main imp thing we have to make sure is ..
Company B should apply yours H4 with Extension of stay along with H1 as H1 dependent .. I assume they filed .Therefore your extension of stay also might issued ..
