I need some advise on the scenario below. Can anyone help?
1. I joined a company three months ago who has an approved labor (priority dt Sep 2002, EB2).
2. Original labor is available.
3. I plan on applying I-140 & I-485 concurrently, using Labor substitution. So far, everything is good.
4. My attorney says I-140 premium processing is applicable in this scenario, but I wanted to find out from this forum that is it a good idea to for Premium considering the above scenario? Has anyone done like this before?
