Is passport copy required?

Hey people,

I am on H1 applying for GC thru USC spouse.
I am all set to send in my papers.
I just noticed that I am am not sending the copies of my passport ( I am sending copies of my visa/I 94 etc. ) for any form.
I 130
I 485
I 765
I 864
I 864A
G 325A

Can some1 please confirm that its not needed for any of these documents?

I don't know if we need to to send all pages of Passport but I have sent my Visa,and other pages which shows my expiration date, date of issue and my parents names(may be 5 pages).It is always better to be on safe side.Hope this helps.
 
I have an issue.My passport shows my birth place as Bulsar and my Birth Certificate shows Bulsar.Although it is the same place with different names , I am still skeptical.
Thats the reason I was a liitle hesitant in sending my passport copy.

Did u send the passport copy with I 130 , I 765 or I 485?

I think about different names it really not matters as My passport shows different names too.I don't remember with which forms i sent but I think where it says ur passport copies in the instruction(I think it is I-130 or I-485).I had this software which helped me to fill up all forms and put all docs together.
 
Yes, you must send a copy of your passport, means the first page of the passport where indicate your name, birth date, nationality and other information. Just that page not all the pages of your passport.
