Here is my situation: I have completed my master's in MAY 2006 and been working for company A under OPT status. I have applied for H1B Visa through company B which is under processing. Start date of my H1 (through company B) is 12-01-2006. But my OPT expires on 05-05-07.
My question is: Can I keep working for company A after 12-01-06 until my OPT expires? I would appreciate if you can answer this question of mine?
