If we go back 3-5 years...
Demand for IT was "mounting", the H1 quota was increased to bring in extra work force on temporary basis. the work load on INS was increased for H1 and correspondingly for H4, renewals, transfers etc etc etc.
Then this this "extra work force" started applying for GCs all iin hurry and many at same time. This still increased work load.
But the question is did the "iNS work force " was increased in proportion ? Probably not.
So, is the pile
