Do you have idea if NSC is processing 140 CP cases and 140 RFE ( non CP cases).
I dont see any appovals of 140RFE (non-CP ) cases since last 2 weeks. What is going on.....FO memo has stopped everything on I140... Seems pretty scary......
My 140 RFE was received by USCIS on 4/27/04 and since then i'm waiting for approval....

140 RD 11/03
485 RD 11/2003
140 RFE on company ability to pay as well as W-2.
Any guess when decision on my cases will be taken....
