IS NSC approving Aug 2002 cases

My lawyer told me that NSC is now at August 2002 case approval. I asked ths question in respect as NSC is stuck at Feb 2002. Any cross confirmation or comments please.
 
As per st.louis senator office, NSC processing Feb. 2002 and it will be at least 6 months before they get to my case (I am a may 2002 filler). I know this is BS but had to listen to them since I asked for help.

Depends on whether you want the "official date" or the real date.
First one you can get off uscis.gov (its Feb 2002 or around there). Second you can get from rupnet.com/immigration (Cases as late as 12/2002 have been approved)
