I am working in an industry in NY and am going to file the NIW petition in VSC by myself. However, I will probabaly leave my current job and go back acdemia track (post doc) in a university this summer. My question is, if the NIW is approved and then I left my current employer, do I need to re-file I-140 to maintain this "waiver"?
