Is NIW affected by recent widespread retrogression law

Hi,

I want to know that whether National Interest waiver (NIW) category is going to affected by recent widespread retrogression law for Indian citizen, since it is not employment based :confused:

Dear Freind,

Who told you NIW is not employment based? NIW comes under Eb2 category and would be retrogressed to Nov 1999 for India.
