Is new LCA required after H1B transfer ?

Hi ,

Does anyone know whether a new LCA is required from new employer after H1B transfer is done.

My employer is based in different state and I am based in different state. And my job is of travelling consultant ( Monday through Thursday ).

So -
1) Do I need new LCA from new employer ? &
2) Do I need LCA for different cities that I need to travel to during the week ?

Any idea ?
