Is new LCA needed for new client in the same county, same position but a different city? I have been given 221g and I have to provide all the documents, I'm working with the new client from last 3 months and the employer mentioned that the new LCA is not needed as its in the same county.

will it be a problem in stamping?
 
It may be needed if it is in a different metro area. It could certainly be a problem. The employer's lawyer should have taken care of that. On H1B you're only allowed to work in the location specified in the original LCA, if that changes - the employer will need to redo the LCA.
