How often may somebody use it without chance to affect the process of his/her case?
Does somebody know the "terrible" stories related to that phone?
I called many times and did not see any negative impact so far. I may not get much meaningful answer any way. At one time I was not happy with the answer of no answer. I insisted to talk to the supervisor and it was OK too.
