Is my sis too late to return the form to KCC

My sis got the notification from KCC(case number AF00009XXX) around mid April. She has not still sent it. Is it too late to send it now?

If it is not too late is the number good or too high?

Please let me know.

Hey,

Still plenty of time to send back her forms to KCC. The DV-2008 does not even begin for another three months. (in October) People tend to say the sooner the better, but I dont think there is a rule or time line for sending them in, well apart from before your number become current that is.
Also the AF numbers are very high this year, people are reporting up to 69XXX
So if she still wishes to consider immigrating to the US with a number like the one, she has she would definitely get an interview sooner rather then later. Hope that helps!
