Is my PCC properly framed ?

Dear folks,

I got my PCC from New York Consulate and the PCC has the following in it. Is this how all the consulates provide PCC ?
I feel that the PCC given to me is not that explanatory.

This is to certify that there is no adverse
information in respect of <Name>
, holder of Indian Passport no. <no> issued at
<place> on <date> which would
render him ineligible for the grant of travel
facilities including visa for
USA.

Is it properly framed and is it sufficient ? What do you guys think?
