Is my online status still working?

Recently I renewed my EAD and AP. I could not input my case numbers into my online portforlio because I was told these cases numbers could not be found in the system. But within three weeks I received both approvals of my renewals.

I did my biometrics (code 3) on April 27 and didn't see any updates on the website.

Is my online status still working?
