Is my I-140 revoked?

How do I figure out if my I-140 was revoked by my last company or not?

Is there a website or any toll free number where I can call?

If you have the receipt number it is very easy- you should be able to call and check on the web.
But if you don't have the receipt #- you have to call and A# etc. Or just do a FOIA- a 3 month process.
