Is my I-140 approved

I concurrently filed my EB-12 application last June for CSC. I got a RFE in January 2004 and replied at the end of Feburary. Today I checked USCIS website and found out that my I131 and I765 are approved, but not my I140. I was told that I131 and I765 are based on I140 approval these days. So my question is that does my situation means that my I140 is on the way?

That is two separate things.However, the CSC used to respond the RFE very quickly, so I guess you will be informed shortly. BTW, the website update for EB1-2 only to March ,2003, is that because concurrent filing?
