Hi All

My I40 / 485 both got denied and he started using his EAD as soon it was approved and he is working now. Can he work, even though I-485 got denied ? if yes how long ? and if not, what should be mine next action item? and how much time do I have to tranfer him on h4 or h1 visa ? and how easy is this task of tranfer of visa and do he has to go out of country etc ?

Any advise or sharing of experiance is greatly appricated. Thanks.

what was the reason for 485 denial? Generally once 485 is denied EAD & AP become invalid

Can you please let us know the reason that USCIS showed for deniel?
We are seeing quite a few deniels on this board recently?
