Is my EAD lost in the USCIS abyss?

My EAD got approved on July 9, 2007. Case status changed twice: from Card Ordered to Approval sent. At the end of July status changed once more saying Card returned as undeliverable by the mail service. I never changed my address and my wife got her EAD no problem. I called them once and lady asked me to provide my new address which is essentially same as before. She told me that she will send a Service Request and advised to call back in 30 days. Two weeks passed and status of my EAD stays the same: Undeliverable. Should I worry or this is a common practice to be bounced for a few months? :confused: Thank you
 
Don't Worry

Your fine, dont worry. this typically happens to a lot of people. what essentially is happening now is that they have put in a service request, which means that they are resending your EAD card to your address. That's all. and if u don't get it within 30 days, call back. card ordered and approval notice sent means, in the first case, the card was produced, and approval notice sent means card is sent. ( the approval notice contains the EAD card) hope this helps you. Take care.
