Is my case stuck in the FBI Name Check?

The following is the email response I received after I requested a status check after my case has past the processing & visa availability time frame.

Does this mean that it is stuck with FBI process ? And if Yes, Is there any way that I can get some help to expedite the process?

Yes. Your case is stuck in name check.

The only sure way to move it along is to file lawsuit. There are lots of info at this site. Just search.

Call your senator and congressman.
Ask them to enquire on your behalf. That might help.

Nothing to lose by doing that.
