Is my case going to regional now?

Under my case ( Florida) is written:

4/20/2004 - Letter Acknowledging Transmission
4/20/2004 - Case Ready to be Included in Batch
12/9/2003 - Letter Acknowledging Receipt of Application by …

They updated the site few hours ago, this means that the state step is finished and my case is going to Atlanta regional?

Yes...your case is fwd to Atlanta...
In few weeks or few months you should receive different case number through your attorney for ATL DOL.
Using that case number you can check ATL DOL AVM 404 562 2131. There is separate thread for Atlanta DOL. You can post your information there and the ATL DOL forum will be very useful.
