I have a question to those of you who can answer. My friend filed his GC as a future employee. After I-140 is approved he worked with that company for 6 months. Then he got laid off and worked with another companyfor a year--not his GC sponsor and he didn't inform BCIS. Now his 485 got approved and he was asked to go for stamping in July,2004.
Now his GC sponsor company agreed to give him an employment letter stating that he is currently employed with them and bla bla..bla.....
My queestion is, will he have any problems withile stamping? Gurus please reply....Thanks in advance
